CyFuture provides practice management software for UK accountancy firms, including client onboarding, AML compliance, task management, deadline tracking, and billing features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service - Use the Service to store or transmit infringing or illegal content

5. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CyFuture Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyFuture Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law
